    On Jan. 27th of 2023, I called the main number for this business to tow my vehicle to the mechanic/body shop. It was a Friday night and surprisingly Mr. Omar Gutierrez quickly showed up to tow my vehicle. Everything was going well until delivery. As the vehicle was in the process of being off-loaded the tow-truck, Mr. Gutierrez damaged my vehicle's front bumper. An arrangement was made to leave a payment in form of a check. On Jan. 30th two checks were dropped off with the body shop. On today's date I was informed that the checks had insufficient funds. I called the main number and a Robert advised to call Mr. Gutierrez directly and resolve this issue with him as he was the owner of his own tow-truck. Mr. Gutierrez finally called back and indicated the checks were meant to be deposited only, not cashed as he didn't have enough funds to cover the two checks. Mr. Gutierrez became upset for contacting him after I only requested payment to cover my vehicle's damages. So much for integrity and honesty. Beware of this business services.
